To request deletion of your HKO Longevity account and associated personal data, email us from the address connected to your app account.

Use the subject Account deletion request and identify the email address used for your account. Do not send passwords, ID documents or physical test results.
What happens next?
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and process it in accordance with applicable law. Account and associated data will be deleted unless specific information must be retained for a documented legal reason. Exact processing and retention periods must be confirmed before launch.
Launch requirement: The Android app must also offer an easy-to-find in-app route to request deletion; publishing this page alone does not implement the in-app process.
