Information you provide

The app is designed to let you create an account and enter your date of birth, sex, height and physical performance test results, including VO₂max, chair rise, grip strength and balance. You may also record body measurements and review historical results where enabled in the released version.

Why we process it

Data is used to provide your account, calculate and show an estimated functional age, show progress, provide support and manage access to the service. The precise legal bases (contract, consent or legitimate interests as applicable) must be documented and confirmed before publication, particularly for health-related data.

Service providers

The app uses external service providers for hosting, authentication and app distribution. The final list of recipients and processing arrangements must be confirmed before publication. Google Play may process subscription information if in-app purchases are enabled. Actual processors, processing locations, international transfers and any data-processing agreements must be verified against the production architecture.

Retention and deletion

Users can request account and related data deletion using the account deletion page. Specific deletion timeframes, retention exceptions and backup handling must be confirmed before launch.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics only if you explicitly accept optional analytics cookies. You can change your decision with the Cookie settings button in the footer. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. Your choice is saved locally in your browser.
